GITEX AFRICA MOROCCO:
GITEX AFRICA will amplify the continent’s digital aspirations and achievements powered by tech savvy youth, corporates and ambitious governments.
Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Marrakech is set to host the 3rd edition of GITEX Africa Morocco, from April 14 to 16, under the aegis of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform (MTNRA), in partnership with the Digital Development Agency (ADD), and organized by Kaoun International.
This gathering will serve as a dynamic hub, showcasing the latest technological breakthroughs and fostering innovation across the continent. With a strong emphasis on empowering African startups, the event aims to provide them with unparalleled exposure and opportunities for international collaboration.
GITEX Africa Morocco aims to:
- Promote the dynamics of the national digital ecosystem;
- Highlight the various advances and innovative achievements of the public and private sector;
- Identify investment opportunities and partnerships with technology operators invited to this great mass of digital.
GITEX Africa is expected to attract a substantial international audience. Anticipations point towards a massive turnout, with projections exceeding 45,000 visitors and 1,500 exhibitors. Notably, there will be a dedicated effort to highlight the burgeoning Moroccan startup scene, with plans to feature 200 of the nation's most promising ventures.
They will also have the opportunity to participate in the Supernova challenge which aims to be the largest pitch competition in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia with cash prizes totaling $100,000.
